Ferrari Construction Group manages residential and commercial construction throughout New York and New Jersey. We work as a construction management and renovation company: planning the project, coordinating the trades and staying on site while the work gets built.
Most construction problems are not craftsmanship problems. They come from unclear scope, poor sequencing and decisions made without the owner in the loop. We run projects the other way — defined scope, a real schedule, direct communication, and someone accountable on site every day.
Our work spans full-home renovations, commercial build-outs, bathrooms, tile and stone, concrete and masonry, and demolition. Whether we hold the trade contracts or manage the project on your behalf, the standard is the same: prepared properly, built correctly, finished with attention to detail.
