New York & New Jersey

Construction Management

Professional construction management for residential and commercial projects throughout New York and New Jersey.

Overview

Construction management is where a project is either protected or quietly lost. Ferrari Construction Group takes ownership of the planning, the schedule and the day-to-day decisions that determine whether a build finishes on budget and on time. We work with owners, architects, engineers and trade contractors from pre-construction through closeout.

Our approach begins before anything is built. We review drawings, identify gaps, develop realistic budgets, and build a schedule that reflects how the work will actually sequence on site. Procurement and long-lead items are tracked early so the trades are never waiting on materials.

During construction we are on site. Trades are coordinated, conditions are documented, quality is inspected as work is installed rather than after it is covered, and the owner receives clear reporting on cost and progress. We manage residential renovations, commercial build-outs and multi-trade projects across the New York and New Jersey market.
