Overview
A bathroom is the most technically demanding small room in a house. Water, tile, plumbing and ventilation all have to work together, and shortcuts behind the wall show up years later as failure. Ferrari Construction Group builds bathrooms to be watertight first and beautiful second — which is the only order that lasts.
Every remodel starts with full demolition back to sound substrate, followed by framing corrections, plumbing and electrical coordination, and a properly detailed waterproofing assembly at the shower pan, curb and walls. Only then does tile go on.
From there it is layout and craftsmanship: tile set to a planned layout, vanities and fixtures installed level and solid, and finishes detailed cleanly. We remodel powder rooms, hall baths and primary suites across New York and New Jersey.
