Finished concrete slab with rebar reinforcement and block wall

New York & New Jersey

Concrete & Masonry

Professional concrete and masonry construction for residential and commercial projects throughout New York and New Jersey.

Overview

Concrete is unforgiving. Grade, base, reinforcement, formwork and cure conditions all decide whether a slab performs for thirty years or cracks in three. Ferrari Construction Group builds concrete and masonry work with the preparation that outcome requires.

We handle structural and site concrete: footings and foundations, reinforced slabs, stairs, sidewalks, curbs and driveways. Base material is compacted, reinforcement is placed and supported correctly, and finishing and jointing are planned rather than improvised.

Masonry work — CMU and block, retaining and site walls, repairs and replacements — is built plumb, coursed and tied properly. Much of our concrete work across New York and New Jersey involves replacing failed existing work, so we assess why the original failed before rebuilding it.
